| 05/07/2010 | Newcastle IVC won their first ever pub quiz, at the Wetherspoon's Job Bulman pub in Gosforth. The team answered 50 out of 60 questions correctly, and faced a tie-break with another team on the same score. The tie-break question required the nearest answer to the gestation period of an elephant (22 months), and the team answered this exactly, to gain the prize fund of £43. |
